Submission will be rigorously reviewed, and should clearly make the case for a documented improvement over the existing state-of-the-arts. All accepted papers will be included into NESMS2023 Conference Proceedings which will be published with Springer in their "Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering (LNCE)" (ISSN: 2366-2557) and submitted for indexing to EI-Compendex, and Scopus.
